Sosia reinterprets in a contemporary way the “Art Deco” drawer units, their particular forms and gentle curvatures of the fronts. The Oak, in different shades and chiaroscuros, dominates the collection interpreting a simple and elegant furnishing style, destined to live beyond the fashion. The Sosia bedsides and storage units, characterized by a slight curvature of the fronts, have horizontal grain. Veneered in heat-treated oak, white lacquered oak, ash (cenero), brown or grey oak, or lacquered oak in sampled colors.

Sosia bedroom nightstand: made from class E1 particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (7/8” thick for the frame) in hollowed MDF panels on the front part (7/8” thick). The front panels are made from curved plywood (7/8” thick for tops) coated with stained and brushed oak veneer with open-pore varnish or lacquered oak with open-pore varnish. The sides of the drawers with bottom 3/8” thick are made from panels 5/8” thick with synthetic jute weave effect finish. They are mounted on high sliding runners with end-of-run buffer and soft closing mechanism (blumotion). Opened using the front panel which overhangs the side of the structure. Sosia can be anchored to the wall which prevents overturning and has optional counter-weights available for both the bedside tables and the dresser.
